Talk to General Physician on Headache
Asking For Self, Male 42, Karachi
Since 2 days I have been experiencing headaches at bed time and middle of my sleep. don't know the reason and it makes me disturbed rest of the night and not able to sleep. But it disappear in morning and nothing feel in day time. What could be the reason or can I take any medicine if I feel the same headache condition again in middle of night as in empty stomach ? is this sleep disorder ? BP is normal.
Medical history : GAD, Panic attacks, Social anxiety.

These types of headaches are associated with stress. They usually happen at the end of the day. Just take excedrin or ibuprofen in case of severe pain, but I recommend you to change your lifestyle and eat healthy and avoid cellphone and tv at bedtime. happiness is the solution . if it not works then definitely I recommend you some antidepressants medicine. take care .
