I had an accident on last Saturday firstly one of the malls sensory doors hit me directly in the head with full force I got severe sharping pain and felt nauseated ... later that day I then feel out of the rikhsaw banging my head back side with a cement slab
Took neurobion fort for 3 days as pain was there didn't went to the Dr as I thought not much harm has happened though I got a burises due the first hit
now since two days am having severe headaches and at times nauseated and this condition is persistence since last night 10 pm on wards
p.s I also get migraine but this time that's not the case
