Talk to General Physician on Headache & Blood Pressure
Asking for Brother, Male, 18 years old, Lahore
Patient is 18 years old he complains continuous headache, we have got eyesight checked multiple time, since past few weeks, got his blood pressure high as well i.e. 140/100. We got test i.e. KUB ultrasound, Renal Function test & ECG done. All are normal. It got aggravated specially after change of weather. Earlier during winter he usually have sinus/flu complaints but not in hot weather. What should be the next step? who should we consult?
Please describe headache in more detail; how long had it for, how often does it come, how long it lasts, where exactly he gets the pain? Any other symptom while pain? Tried any medication?
He most likely have tension headache, its a common type of headache, read about it on internet medicines like brufen are ideal for this headache he can also try brufen cream to rub on neck n forehead

He says its normally triggered when he gets up or gets up early during the night and couldn't sleep afterwards. Also sometime before going to bed.

He usually complain about heavy head, but generally before sleeping or in the morning. Usually pain killer like Burfen / Panadol give some relief. Few days back in the night it didn’t work so I took him to doctor, his blood pressure was night i.e. 140/100, they gave an injection for that and pain killer. Also did ECG which was fine too.
