Unko Covam regularly use karni hogi, BP monitoring ke baad, physician ke prescription pe.
Irregular istemal un ke liye nuqsandeh sabit hosakta hai.

Agar aap ke pass BP apparatus hai tou 3 din tak subah sham unki BP reading lijiye bitha ke, aur usse kisi paper pe likh lijiye aur BP readings bataye.
Agar aap ke pass BP apparatus nahin hai, tou qareebi clinic se 3 din tak unka BP check karwa lijiye.
Unko jo shikayaat ho rahi hain, woh uncontrolled hypertension yani BP control mein na honay ki wajah se horahi hain jis ka barwaqt elaj zaroori hai.
Agar regular Covam 5/80 usage se unka BP behtar nahin hota tou dawai badalni hogi.
Mera mashwara hai ke pehle aap Covam 5/80 regularly use kijiye apne doctor ke mashware ke mutabik.
Insha'Allah sab behtar hojayega.
