many causes so should be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared
it had multiple causes it could be due to chronic sinositis (infection of nose extending to the spaces in skull bone of face and forehead)
or a simple tension type headach in response to stress
or could be some thing else
it will be better diagnosed if you can tell what else you had except for headach
