Talk to General Physician on Headache Dizziness

Asslamualikum I have a history of chest pain palpations and breath shortness I have ecg 5 times all normal Echo normal holter test is also normal ETT is negative( though stopped due to dyspnea) pulmonary test also normal CXR is normal Cb1ac is also normal CBC shows increase lymphocytes 45 but doctor said nothing to woory my thyroid ultrasound shows nodules but my thyroid profile is normal checked by ent and said it’s normal so doctor said there is nothing with heart and lungs he prescribed me NSAIDand amidarone my pain and palpitations almost gone now from last 3 days I am having dizziness blackouts I couldn’t stand for a long time didnt able to focous on anything fainting may be like seizure but didn’t sure
