I have been experiencing a off again on again headache on both sides of head near the ear region. I guess a TMJ headache. Whenever I feel pain it is too severe. I have been doing a little strenuous physical activity for the past week. I don't know but that might be the issue. Any help would be appreciated. In the picture below the area marked 4 and its surroundings.
Thanks for sharing ur concern. Since when do u have it ? Any particular time ? Gets better with any medications ? Any associated nausea ? Gets worse in bright lights or noise ? Any associate eye watering or stuffy nose ?

I have experiencing it for about the past 3-4 days. The intensity has certainly increased over time. Taking no medication. And i'm experiencing none of the other symptoms. My facial jaw muscles are a bit stiff. Occasionally feeling a little dizzy.
