hello dr .. im aged 27 male .. i m having headache since 3 days .. i had tried some home remedies and ginger tea but nothing worked .. please suggest me a good pill for headache with minimal rate of side effects .. someone suggested me synflex .. !!

it's better to take synflex if sleep is disturb than also take sleeping pill
