Visit nearby healthcare facility urgently. So detail history should be taken and Clinical Examination done to rule out Subarachnoid Harmorhage. May need CT scan Brain.

Get her serum beta HCG done and see if she is pregnant or not.
These symptoms could be due to pregnancy and vomiting causing her headache
what is her BP
If all tests are okay and CT scan normal then simply give her painkillers antiemetics and keep her warm give her ample rest.
she might be having flue and cold
Give anti emetics to control her vomiting
give her chicken soup and ample rest.
Headache and vomiting could be due to several reasons. Kindly book an appointment for proper diagnosis and management
Give her Tab Gravinate 1+1+1 for vomiting for 3 days
and Cap Risek 20 mg daily
if vomiting persists then she must be given fluid replacement through i.v drip infusion like Ringers lactate
if vomiting is controlled then give ORS at home
