Talk to General Physician on Headache/Vertigo/Dizziness

So my mother is facing this issue.

Whenever he hear to any loud noise something it may not be loud and she suddenly starts feeling severe headache. Also dizziness and often fell on ground sometimes. She can't look back suddenly or right or left also. But seeing childs and some weird activities of child make him feel happy like she doesn't has anything at all. Also hypertensive taking Onato 5mg daily.

Can someone please suggest what can be the issue. which kind of doctor should we consult or tests which we should have done.
