Talk to General Physician on Headache With Pain In Nose Bone

i have been experiencing pain at of my head mostly left side. sometimes one side of my nose also geta blocked. and feels pressure in teeth and top of my head when i stand up. i have done my PNS ct scan. reports are clear with mild deviated septum. ENT doctor prescribed me med tricil softin and some multivitamin tablet as my hb is 9.5. but still the problem is same. plz guide me
