Talk to General Physician on Heart Beat Of Baby

I have pregnancy of 14 weeks and 3 days in normal ultrasound dr heard the heartbeat of baby but in detail ultrasound dr don't heard heartbeat i am suffering frim bleeding as well after detail internal checkup and taking antibiotics for infection and also suffered from fever due to infection is it possible now that my baby heart beats or its dead bcz dr said that if they could not listen heart beat in next week they would abortion. Is abortion os possible and is any chances of recovery.
