Doctor im confused if its heart/cardiac issue or gastric problem sudden sharp pain in heart somthing pinched thrice and sudden rapid heartbeat feeling of fainted and breathing issue im confused im i should go to heart specialist or gastroenterologist and my left arm shoulder and back is paining like something is itching from inside im worried im just 20 these days im having fast heartbeat for no reason pls guide heartbeat went normal when i walked a little bit its been 1 month im having this issue still confused if it is gass problem or heart issue

I did ecg twice it was normal do ive to do further test and is it something to worry about even if i hear some one died i start worrying about mine just bcz this of this issue im worried alot

Does any of this symptoms appear in gastric issue or this issue is related to heart only i have mo medical history just had upset stomach for 2 months of lockdown

Even if im normal and spending good time instant sharpness irritates me in my heart and it doesn’t go away for a while i heard it only happens when you over think but something sharp pinches me in heart even if im playing game or something what it can be
