Assalam u Alaikum, i had sudden panic attack one month before in ramazan i don't really know the what cause this i think that was because of sleep routine which for 3 days i regularly had panic attack when i was going to sleep than my condition become better. Now from somedays i have kind of tingling or kind of pressure in my head sometimes on left, right and crown area specially on forehead and forehead become so warm and i also feel like worry or heart palpitation what should i do please help thanks
