Salam I want to ask a question related to my ammi condition jo hum samjh ni paa rahe Its been 4 months hum pakistan abroad se shift kr gaye hain tab se till this date.. motion bht hotyy, sai hoty hain, phir start hojaty and also unka dil garbataa hai aur sene pr hath rakhleti hain, dar kr kch batati bhi nahi. or dil mai ajeb sa hota hai.. chalty hue ya light chali jai tab bhi.. weight bhi gir rha hai bht or nadhal ho chuki hai bht... Hum bht pareshan hain, guide krden k ye kya symptoms hosakty hain.. wo bat tal deti hain k gas hai gas hai but mjhe bht dar hai... kya ye waqayi gas hai? Age 54 Alhumdulilah no other bemari like sugar bp etc... no medicines intake..
And after eid doc se consult krengy.. to which doc should we opt for??

This seems Like anxiety disorder. patient is suffering.
It would be wise to do an ECG, Thyroid profile, CBC, HBAIC to rule out any organic issue.

kindly get CBC ESR FBS stool DR and CS done along with ECG check her BP as well.
Give her ORS after every loose stool and you should consult general physician first for proper assessment.
