Asking for Mother, Female, 44 years old, Sahiwal
A.a, My mother is having stomach issue, whenever she eats something most of the time it starts with an issue in throat (heartburn) and ends up on vomiting. She used Risec for almost 7,8 months and it was fine when she takes risec. Now she is taking only homeopathic medicine for stomach issues. Question is that, is it related to stomach/heartburn/acid reflux or issue related to throat? because she has an issue right after eating in throat. Should we consult Ent specialist? PS: when she takes only homeopathic medicine it goes fine most of the time, but whenever she takes allopathic medicine such as anti-depression or antibiotic, it happens again. Please guide me what's the best solution. JazakALLAH.
kindly consult proper Gastroenterologist her throat problem also looks to be related to reflux disease

she is not having diabetes or high bp ? you said you give anti depression
drugs too ? which one ? what are her issues
in detail please.
she needs endoscopy basically. ENT splt can only see throat . but
gasteroenterologist can see full gut .

wslam. Sir, She's having diabetes from last 1 year. No bp issue. She remained ill for 1 year, one after one issue. Now she recovered a lil Alhamdulilah. But, she got fear of death/ depressed because of not getting better in one year. That's why she is taking anti-depression. Still having stomach and some other issues, homeopathic is working but it's very slow. Can you please suggest what's best for her? I think she needs a proper checkup for full body. We live in Sahiwal and don't have such hospital or doctor who can check her overall to find out whats the actual reason for not getting better.

thank you for asking kindly upload ur reports and plan for endoscopy, start increasing fiber content in ur diet and reduce oil in your meals, start taking good antacid and visit an specialist gastroenterologist in ur city

no dr recommended endoscopy for her. Can you recommend any specialist for this in sahiwal city or we can come lahore.
