Heat From Palm And Feet (sole)

My brother, had just recovered from dengue about a month ago, he is ok but he still feel fatigue after slightest work, and he is complaining about heat from his palm and sole( the bottom of his feet), even when I touch it its hot, he can't sleep without a/c due to the heat, please help it it due to something else, should I be worried
