Talk to General Physician on Heavy Bleeding With Blood Clots

My mother have taken primolut n and currently using Progyluton to stop heavy bleeding but doesn't show any good results and still suffering from heavy bleeding and blood cloths prior to that, without medicines period won't stop and it take 15 days to stop bleeding. pls check the attached reports and prescriptions and suggest something what do to further. I'll appreciate your concerns thanks.
