Talk to General Physician on Heavy Breathing And Few Dots In Both Lungs

Most of the time gone through heavy breathing and also feel pressure on heart. I was down with typhoid during Eid ul fitar days and most probably it's not just tyhpoid whereas it's typhoid + crona (however I haven't done my pcr test as yet) but now few days back I have done my chest x Ray's and then chest ct scan that shows few dots . Need advise as what to do now and to whom I would go for checkup.
