aoa i got accident 4 weeks back and my foot was save no issue but from last week em feeling pain in my foot back heel specially in morning and while too much walking am applying oil on it my not feeling well
apply Ice on it and apply voltral emel gel
if it paining too much it's better to do x ray foot and have nebrol forte if it pain

3.If pain continues for another two weeks, follow up with x-ray.
