Talk to General Physician on Hepatitis C Patient

My Mother was diagnosed with Hepatitis C some seven years back. She had her proper treatment of injections. And after that her reports were negative. A few months back her reports were again positive. She had her treatment of 3 months -Medicine Course and reports were again Negative Alhamdulilah. Now she is feeling so much weakness, joints pain and muscle stiffness and BP is high as well. Is she supposed to take any medicine now? For Hepatitis and this weakness etc (We are living in Mansehara -A city 24 km away from abbottabad, She had her treatment from Islamabad but doctor didn't ask for any next appointment after 3rd Month Checkup) We wanted to talk to doctor but never could :/ Please suggest if she has to take any medicine or we should take appointment from the same doctor?
