Talk to General Physician on Hiatal Hernia Short Breathing Issues ?

I have been getting checked by doctors for the last three years but the doctors say only medicine will cure me. I have difficulty breathing constantly. However, chest irritation is cured. I also checked the laparoscopy surgeon . He said that there are no major problems. You should also give up medicine and not undergo surgery. But at my repeated insistence, he said that we perform the surgery. But the risk is high and it doesn't work. And your stomach may be completely closed. Now my parents are very worried about you and they do not allow me to have surgery. Is there any cure for it? Please guide me completely.
