Talk to General Physician on Hiatus Hernia GERD . Short Breathing Issues

assalamu alaikum all doctors. I have hiatal hernia for the last three years. I have chest pain and burning and difficulty breathing. anxiety acidity is always with me. I have been getting checked by doctors for the last three years but the doctors say only medicine will cure i take ppi then my heartburn cure. I have difficulty breathing constantly. I also checked the laparoscopy surgeon . He said that there are no major problems. You should also give up medicine and not undergo surgery. But at my repeated insistence, he said that we perform the surgery. But the risk is high and it doesn't work. And your stomach may be completely closed. Now my parents are very worried about you and they do not allow me to have surgery. Is there any cure for it? Please guide me completely.
