First of all I need to know more.about your patient's history.does he have
any other problem like any neurological disease and which kinda gastric
problem does he have?
Till then start with tab Motelium 10mg three times a day before meal.
If no relief then add tab Larjactil 25mg at night and you can give it twice
daily as well.but u should see the patient if he becomes more sleepy then
don't increase it more than 2 times a day.
Wait for a day or two if no relief then ask again.
