Talk to General Physician on High B/p , Throbbing Heart Palpitations Or Heavier Chest

Salam. my b/p randomly monitored by myself at home remain 90/140 (+/-5) .

from last few months if I hear something like news ,any work load burden or disturbing news . I feel pounding heart or say palpitations or heavy chest ( weight on heart or feeling of difficulty breathing ) .sometimes it just happened w.o any reason . sometimes just no interest in work or not feeling excited to work .

got my reports done

sugar fasting = 92 ( 12hrs fasting) cholesterol = 152 (12hrs fasting) uric acid = 6.2

my question is what I need now to lower my b/p levels as well as treating throbbing heart/palpitation / heavy chest .

my concern is my b.p which also cause heavy head sometimes or headache . do I need medicine for this pre hypertension .
