high blood pressure must be treated and continue medicine sholud be added.the role of ispaghul is to decrease cholestrol some where.but medicine. and low salt low fat diet.excersice also needed.

My cholesterol level is fine I suffer from high bp for which I’m taking medication from gp I also suffer from PCOS, obesity varicose veins. My current weight is 174kg my hight is 5ft 4 inches. Do u help people with weight loss like give a diet plan and exercise. Due to my weight I can’t do much exercise

less carbs so many die plan are on u tube like keto diet.mediteranian diets.mainly you must decrease your carbs like roti.chawal.bakery items.junk food
