my mother is facing high blood pressure. her BP monitored it on daily basis from last 4 days . its high range from 90 / 141 , 98/138, 96/ 138 . so kindly suggest its treatment. how to control it. which diet should be taken to normalize it. thanks

asalamu alikum . meri mother ny khuch medical test krwaye han .unka cardiac enzyme m CK level ziada aya ha . ECG clear hai . Echo test bhi clear hai. unhy gestric buht ziada hoti hai.
blood ki deficiency hai. 10 heamoglobin count ha. BP unka kal normal tha . or aj high aya ha . 170/100.
