Talk to General Physician on High Blood Pressure

Asalamoalikom, My mother has been a diabetic patient for about 15 years and takes insulin and medicine both. She also felt an asthma-like feeling because of the rainy weather. She takes cough syrup and a ventolin inhaler. Nowadays, she gets high blood pressure (170/88, 179/87), then she takes desprine, and her BP goes a little bit down (159/84). Whenever she wakes up and checks her BP, she gets a high BP.

Can you please tell me what to do or suggest any medication? Thanks
