Talk to General Physician on High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)

Assalam u Alikum, it's been 2 weeks since i have had been diagnosed with high blood pressure, got checked by general physician, firstly Dr prescribed Escitalopram 5mg , didn't cure at all then recommended ECG (sinus rhythm - found ok), But I'm having fast heart beat, palpitation and sometimes extreme discomfort at the level of the heart Dr recommended Tab Nebivulol 2.5mg OD + Tab Famotidine 40mg OD when I took those tabs, it suddenly increased heart rate , (unbearable for me) along with palpitation, sweating and discomfort too.
Measured B.P - 140's/90's
Don't have a medical history at all! faced it first time
Refer to Heart specialists/Cardiologists, Kindly suggest or recommend in order to eradicate this issue

You need a proper consultation to take a detailed history.Your Blood pressure needs to be brought to normsl level and heart status assessed.The symptoms of fast heart beat may or may not only be related to your blood pressure.Thyroid dysfunction,anxiety too can have a rule.A physician will also explore your personal ,social and family history to manage this problem and rule out any other serious issue.
