Check ur BP for 1 week daily in morning and evening and make a complete list. Then consult a doctor

120 is normal blood pressure if it increases more then 140 or above its hypertension which is not good. So why can't you control your bp without medicines? You can do with proper diet salt free meals, stop smoking if you do, stop drinking if any history stop taking stress and make your self calm and relax walk on green garden with bear foot which is best and best medicine till now. Because it will calm your brain and relax it and lower your bp automatically. Thanks for more advice do visit me.
as you are younger than 40 years old so need some investigation to find out the reason of high blood pressure do need to be visited by a specialist physician soon
