Aoa, My father has High Bp which is not control by medication yesterday Due to this nosebleeding started almost 2 3 litre blood has leaked through nasal pathways and still not controlled we are worried about this why nose bleeds its due High Bp or an other reazon kindly gi e us about this matter

Thanks for reply ma'm, He is Bp patient but didn't took any medicine. His Bp ranges is 180- 210mmHg, Yesterday His nose was bleeding continuosly then we consult an physician and cardiologist they close nasal vessels but still his Bp is 160 not controlled by taking 4 doses we are very tense what to do now kindly give us best suggestion to controll Bp for Future.

THERE IS NO NEED TO GET PANIC.F irst see ENT to ensure there is no secondary cause for this bleed.bp certainly need attention but no urgency take bp record for a wk and so and then you can arrange a consultation with any sensible clinician.key is go slow avoid starting multiple medications which is a common trend and patient perception

Now he is taking Transamin 500mg, Adalat LA (Nifedipine 30mg), Misar (Telmisaltan 40mg), Spironoladene is it ok??? Which one of these tablet is for BP controll??? Can u recommend us best Tablet for Bp.
