Kindly inform me. Is hydronephroureter the real cause of high BP?
You need renal function tests to rule out kidney injury of any kind which raises BP. [urine analysis,blood urea ,Serum creatinine and electrolytes)

Normally a transient hydronephrosis due to overdistended bladder does not cause persistant BP rise unless associated with kidney injury.

kindly advice how to treat hydronephrosis? I am taking Cardura 2mg before sleep.

If hydroureter and hydronephrosis is persisting with rise of BP ,then you need a urologist consult and probably MRI or CT to rule out obstruction to urinary tract.

Please check your BP daily at different times.If it remains high ,add Tablet amlodipine 5mg once every nigh& at bed time.
Rec;heck BP every day.
Reduce salt intake in food.

I am already taking half Extor (Amplodipine /Valsartan 5/160 mg) in the morning and half at night.

I understood that you were taking Extor 5/160 during the day.
You can increase the amlodipine from 5 to 10mg
So you take Extor 10/160 per day.You may take it once a day instead of splitting into half.
