Talk to General Physician on High BP, Anxiety, Sleeping Disorder

My father is complaining sleeping problem since last week. He says he is not able to sleep even after taking alp 0.25 mg. He is feeling v cold for last few days without any obvious reasons. He doesnt has any flu fever cough etc. Last night, he was feeling some heaviness on his chest as well. Also, his bp ofen shoots to 180/90 in the evening time while he takes covam 5 mg in the morning. I took him to a cardiologist in Darul Sehat hospital. He revised his medicines to Covam 5mg in the morning, angised 5mg half on feeling heaviness on chest and told us to stop alp gradually. For feeling cold problem, he asked us to get thyroid profile test done. Reports will be available by tomorrow.

I want second opinion about his condition, his ECG and his revised medicines. Also, please guide who should I consult as per his conditions, cardiologist or some other specialist?. ECG is attached as attachment.
