My Cholestrol report values seems on the higher side and due to which i feel some symptoms of High BP for thr last 2 3 days only ... not earlier than that. I look fit and weigh around 75KGs. Some doctors suggests i am now a BP patient which i dont think because when i do workout, after high cholestrol reports, when the Cholestrol gets down, BP also vanishes and i check regurlarly... Normal readings next 4 5 months ...
My question is should i take BP medicines regularly? and please tell me the reason as well.
Any suggestions or comments by Good doctors are also welcome
to start BP medication, there is a protocol... ux k baad hi you should start any kind of medication
for proper diagnosis and management need to be visited by a senior general physician specialist

maam, sure i can book appointment but please dont tell me that i am a BP patient ... because when i get to routine and do exercises, i had all values normal on routine basis

Please try to record your BP at home. Make a diary and record BP three times a day. Reduce salt in your diet. Try to lose weight through diet and exercise. Make a diet plan and get the reports again in one month time. If they are still high and Blood Pressure isn’t under control, you will need to start medicines.
If your BP readings are constantly high in your diary, despite having good control on your diet and weight loss through exercise, you will have to start taking BP medicines in lowest doses regularly. Because your health is very important for us, little rise in blood pressure for longtime might put you at risk of other health conditions
