Asking For Father, Male 53, Wah Cantt, Rawalpindi
###Please Help me interpret test results of my father and comment on medicine he is taking.######
My father is a patient of high blood pressure. BP has gone 170+ 3 times in 3 weeks time. I have attached his test results.
He is feeling Gas and Gabraahat and BP constantly showing 145+
He is currently taking ...... 1-Loprin(75mg). 2-Qsartan(50mg). 3-Mixel(400mg Capsule). 4-Nuberol Forte(1+1). 5-PELTON-V syrup for Gas.
Please tell me what his test results says....What is actually his problem and what is prevention / Ikhtiyaat. Is he taking right medicine?

Gabraahat se sath shaded depression and Mausi k asrat....He lost all his life savings in an year and now constantly thinking about what my children do

Ghabarahat kis time ziada hoti hai? Bp ki 3 din tak reading lein aur check karwaein. Neend kaisi hai? Bhook kaisi hai? Weight loss tu nahi?
Sugars normal, cholesterol borderline. I still want to see his echo report as his ecg shows some effects of hypertension on his heart. If not done, kindly do echo as soon as possible and share the report. Meanwhile advice is:
- Replace Qsartan with tab Extor 5/80 once a day for blood pressure.
- Low fat diet, no salt addition to food at all.
- Stop nuberol forte. If pain, take only Panadol as needed.
- Can take tablet Xanax 0.5 mg for ghabrahat.
- Continue loprin 75 mg and Pelton-V. Add capsule Risek 40 mg once a day (30 minutes before breakfast on empty stomach) for gas.
