Talk to General Physician on High Bp Issue

my mother has high bp issue she takes amodip 5/80 but sometimes in the early morning shhots up like 160/100 happens once ina month or sometimes once in a 2 months but last last time when it happened dr gave her nabilloc 2.5 to take for 10 days. Can she take nabilloc agaim if she has high blood pressure again ? anytime like once in a week.
