My total cholesterol level is 240 and now a days I am facing high blood pressure issue and headache. All my other blood tests and urine culture is normal. Please advise me some medicine, precautions and treatment.

For total cholesterol of 240 u need lifestyle and diatery modifications. Decrease ur oily intakes. Do regular aerobic exercise daily. It ll also help u in controlling blood pressure. But as u said u have high bp. For that u should consult cardiologist so that he can diagnose u. Wheather u r hypertiensive or not.
Avoid salt. Avoid oily food and fast food. Walk regularly. You need medicine but you should also consult endocrinllogist for this.
