Asking for Self, Male, 32 years old, Abbottabad

I am 32 male. Somewhat inactive person, but have started walk daily for an hour recently. Last year i did my lipid profile tests but tests had little variations in figures. Recently i got my lipid profile done again and came with the folkowing reports T. Cholestrol 178, HDL 31, cholestrol to HDL Ratio 5.7, LDL 126, VLDL 121 and triglyceridies 230. Plus did ultrasound and i have a fatty liver too. These day due to Ramadam my walking habit is again stopped. Having 2 paratahas in sehri and few pakoras in aftari. I just want to know is there any need for a cholestrol tablet or not? Last year a doc advised me that if you cholestrol level remains high then you should start Rovista 5mg tablets. Kindly advise? Can i start medication and leave it as my levels gets to normal or i should avoid the medication. Will b waiting for positive response.

Plus im having cardiolite 25mg for heart pulpitations . I hope there is no sideeffect
