does he any other problems. does he smoke ?
Go for chest xray and share ,is there any fever,diabetes or high blood pressure or previous heart disease .Give 1.tab.deltacortil 5mg 2 tabs three times a day and 2.tab.montiget 10mg at night 3.tab.spiromide 40mg if bp is high also 4. syp siroline 2 TSF three times a day if possible nebulization with clinil a two times daily
He is is having cough and unconscious, why don't you take. him to nearby hospital for checkup and XRay and other tests as per need.
