viral infection...give panadol 1 tsp every 4 hrly and if not settling, give 1/2tsp brufen 8 hrly...give him more water. if sore throat, or cough, give steam inhalation and syp azomax (100mg/5ml)1tsp daily for 3 days

Give paracetamol and brufen alternately every 4 hours and keep on doing sponging for temperate releif but book appointment to ascertain the cause and treat the infection accordingly.
