Asalamalikum mujhy apne betay k liye pochna hai us ki age 19 months hai aj shaam high fever hgya hai 103 adol di phr kaam hgaya ab phr 103 hgya hai.. fever kaam krne k liye kiya kren.. kiya teething mai fever hota hai.. high fever ki waja kiya hota .. kiya koi infection, ya food allergy ya phr teething ..

viral infection...give panadol 1 tsp every 4 hrly and if not settling, give 1/2tsp brufen 8 hrly...give him more water. if sore throat, or cough, give steam inhalation and syp azomax (100mg/5ml)1tsp daily for 3 days

Give paracetamol and brufen alternately every 4 hours and keep on doing sponging for temperate releif but book appointment to ascertain the cause and treat the infection accordingly.
need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up
