please do not give NIMS tablet. it is a type of NSAID which increases complications in COVID infection.
check oxygen saturation, if less than 94 percent on room air, he should be given oxygen.

get serum ferritin, d dimers, LDH
For fever, give panadol thrice daily and showers if fever is more than 102
