High Fever And Cough

Question

Hi. I want to have review on my father blood reports. Hes having fever from a week. And dry cough sometimes. He went to doc today. These are the tests done by doc. He said everything is ok. Just recommended fevadol 500 mg. my father is diabetic and hypertensive. Can anyone help in deciding what further tests and medicine or antibiotic should be given? He has already taken 5 days zithromax Od. And oxygen saturation yesterday was 97%.

is your father still running fever after completing Zithromax?
These blood reports indicate that your father is suffering from an infection for that he has already completed antibiotic course
if his condition is not improving or further deteriorating then further investigation will be required to reach the cause of infection
