I would suggest to get her tested for Dengue NS 1 antigen if fever is less than 5 days old.Also get tested for Covid if respiratory symptoms are present.
Meanwhile just keep her on paracetamol tablets 2 tablets 4 to 6 hourly( upto maximum of 8 tablets per day).You can also try sponging with tepid water.
History of a payient is important in any diagnosis so difficult to say conclusively at this point in time.
