Talk to General Physician on High Fever On/off & Light Flu,sore Throat Cough

Assalamualikum, my son age 5years, suffering from fever 99,100,102 etc,on/off with the gap of 4,5, hours from with light sore throat , cough. He has having same problem 6 weeks before, I went to child spechalist ,he says infection is viral these days, he suggested 1 week antibiotics course after 2 weeks later he has the same problem. I am giving him these medicine now from Friday afternoon with the suggestion of nearest clinic. please check these and send me the best for dose for fever. cough & flu is reduced a lot ALHUMDULILAH but unfortunately fever in on/off. calamox 5mg thrice a day acefyl 2.5mg thrice a day Panadol 5mg after 4,5 hours when fever appears. please guide me the any best medicine for the fever or infection. I am looking forward from hearing from the children spechalist. JazakALLAH stay blessed regards, parents
