Talk to General Physician on High Heart Beat And Very Active Body

Hi Doctors, I was suffering from flu and Chest infection. I visited a doctor he gave me these medications.(attached image)

I have been taking them from last 5 days. I feel much better but my body is so active i am doing Alot of Remaning tasks i never did for months I feel Strong but the issue is when ever i lay down to sleep my Body start beating with heart I can't sleep my i feel Blood Pressure and Heart Beat all arround my Body. I didn't get a Good Sleep from last 2 days due to this.

I am here to ask Is this Something that came due to this medication or its something else. I want to be energetic as well want to sleep well.
