High bp is not a recommendation for blood transfusion
Yes he can donate blood but make sure he is taking his bp medications,bp should be controlled
Salam, mch and mchc are what eventually becomes hemoglobin if both are high it means the patients has more than normal hemoglobin and larger hemoglobin cells he should donate blood and consult a rheumatologist for further assessments, and monocytes are a part of body defense system he might hav some bacterial or viral infection bigger issue right now is high mch and mchc

Please tell the BP readings, is it controlled. You can donate blood provided that the BP is controlled. Your high hematocrit and MCHC is a sign of thick blood which can occur with high BP. It is also a sign of good hemoglobin. Both of them are not significantly high, so it's not a major issue. Also your monocytes are not extremely high, they just indicate an infection. But please busy a gastroenterologist for diarrhea and tummy pain. Also visit cardiologist for your fast heartbeat. Please also check your TSH(thyroid profile). These features can occur with high thyroid. For fatigue and dizziness, first check with cardiologist. Dizziness can be increased after blood donation if it's due to blood pressure or heart rate problem. First, visit these specialists and a hematologist to get the best advice for blood donation.
