Hello. I have an urgent query. I am PCOS patient, who has normal TSH levels and is not diabetic. I have received high MPV levels (12.8) and high Red blood cell count (4.81) in latest blood test. Have been feeling extreme fatigue, weakness, muscle pain as of recent. What could this result indicate?
