there is concomitant iron deficiency anaemia also so visit a senior specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up

No. It is due to low Hb. We call it hemodilution. We need to know why do you have anemia. Your history is important regarding this. Your diet and menstrual history.
