I don't think so you should be worried, thrombocytosis of less than 600,000 is generally due to Relative Thrombocytosis which is a very common laboratory finding and numerous causes for example infections, trauma, anemia, and bleeding these are some of the causes, it can be idiopathic as well. But we do monitor them just in case if they keep ramping up.
