Talk to General Physician on High Sugar Levels
Asking For Mother, Female 53, qatar
my mother has diabetes from last 15 years and her sugar levels have never been this high. her fasting sugar is around 220 to 240 random sugar is around 400.
before 1 year, everything was seemingly normal. her diet is strict as the condition is chronic and she is fully aware of what to eat.
what can be the cause of high sugar level and what can be done?

make her active... she should go for a walk on daily basis
eliminate wheat n rice from her diet
she needs adjustment of her medications after relevant work up.
